Who can order WONDERFARM products online?
 
Only registered account holders are allowed to place their orders on the WONDERFARM website.
(Note: If your account is suspended, you cannot order products on the website)

How do I order WONDERFARM products?
 
Step 1: Log in as User
Proceed to the Log In section.
(Note: if you do not have a log in ID, you will need to register as a new account holder).
 
Step 2: Select your product (s)
Select your products in the Product Catalogue section.
You can view/edit/remove any of your selected products in the View Cart section.
 
Step 3: Select preferred container type
Select your preferred container type before Check Out.
 
Step 4: Fill in company, delivery & shipping details.
After Check Out, fill in your company, delivery & shipping details to complete your online order.
 
Step 5: Preview online order
Preview your order before submission.
 
Step 6: Online order confirmation & follow-up
An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
A WONDERFARM representative will contact you to follow up on your order.

How do I create a new account?
 
You can create a new account by clicking on the Register Now link to fill in all required information. Make sure you enter your registered email address to confirm your registration. You will receive an email, notifying you that your email address needs to be verified. Click on the link displayed in the email to verify your email address. Once your email address has been verified, your account will be created.
(Note: The WONDERFARM administrator reserves the right to reject any new registration.)

How do I edit my account details?
 
Proceed to the Log In section. Enter your log in ID & password. After your log in ID & password has been verified, click on the Edit Account link to edit your account details.

Why can't I log in?
 
You may have entered the incorrect log in ID or password or left one field missing. Alternately your account could be suspended. Please contact Export Department if you suspect that the WONDERFARM administrator has suspended your account.
